The
basic components of electric telescopic doors are guide rails, pulleys,
and transmission belts. As these three parts are directly related to
the operation of the electric telescopic door and are vulnerable parts
under normal usage conditions, their structural design, material,
processing accuracy, installation and adjustment accuracy determine
their maintenance requirements and service life. The lifespan of the
electrical components of electric telescopic doors is mainly related to
improper use and accidental accidents.

a long time, the design of sliding rails for industrial doors with
retractable doors has been completely different from that of non
electric retractable door sliding rails. The latter usually has two
parallel sliding rails in the horizontal direction, and two (or four)
pulleys are connected to the suspended moving door body through a
connecting piece in the middle. The moving door body happens to be
between the support forces of the two sliding rails, forming a stable
"positive suspension". This stable structure can achieve good stability
and quiet effect. However, the sliding rail of Wuxi electric telescopic
door needs to take into account the functions of fixing the door frame,
hanging and adjusting the door body, installing electrical components,
and installing the exterior cover plate. Therefore, the method is to
design the sliding rail as a single side sliding track, with the door
body hanging laterally on the sliding rail through a pulley on one side,
forming a side suspension. The advantages of this design are convenient
installation and adjustment of the door body, and easy maintenance.
However, this design has many fatal weaknesses.
