1、伸缩门体
1. Telescopic door body
电动伸缩门的门体是由门体大框、交叉撑、轴(定轴、滑轴)及门体轮等主要部件组成。门体整体为金属结构,按材质又分为不锈钢门体、铝合金门体、压铸铝门体。

2、机头

机头是由驱动器和电气部分组成,它固定在门体的一端,带动门体伸缩运动,与门体配套使用。

驱动器(电机)采用涡轮蜗杆电机链条或齿轮传动方式,链条传动为科学常规的设计结构,电动伸缩门的动行平衡使用寿命长,易于养护,故障率低固为市场上绝大部分企业采用的技术形式,齿轮传动方式多为钢板锻造底盘,底盘重量较轻,因此牵引力较弱;齿轮传动需要在油浸封闭的状态下方能发挥使用效力,否则日后维修保养成本较高。电机根据门排的长度来选择功率的大小,门排长度长的一般需选择功率大的电机,电机的价格,功率越大,价格越高。 电气部分(底板)是根据伸缩门的宽度来定制的,主要作用的是固定电机和驱动轮,为门排增大牵引力。

The power of the motor is selected based on the length of the gate truss. For motors with a longer gate truss length, it is generally necessary to choose a motor with a higher power. The higher the power, the higher the price of the motor. The electrical part (bottom plate) is customized according to the width of the telescopic door, mainly used to fix the motor and drive wheel, and increase the traction force for the door row.
3、控制器
3. Controller
由控制盒、台式控制器及手柄遥控器组成。
