电动门一般会出现的故障有哪些？
What are the common faults that occur with electric doors?
1、在安装的时候埋设的磁性极性不统一,应检查纠正!将所有磁铁的同一极性,即N极或者S极统一朝上埋设;
1. The magnetic polarity buried during installation is not uniform and should be checked and corrected! Bury all magnets with the same polarity, i.e. N or S poles, facing upwards;
2、探测器装反,将其旋转180度安装;
2. Install the detector upside down and rotate it 180 degrees to install it;
3、机头部分链轮型号(齿数,大小等)不一致,导致两边齿轮转速不一致,应更换统一型号的齿轮;
3. The inconsistent model (number of teeth, size, etc.) of the sprocket in the head of the machine results in inconsistent speed of the gears on both sides. Therefore, a gear of the same model should be replaced;
4、双电机功能不一致,其中一台带刹车功能,而另一台什么都没有,应将其换成统一不带刹车功能电机或者统一带刹车功能的电机;
4. The dual motor functions are inconsistent, with one equipped with brake function and the other without anything. It should be replaced with a unified motor without brake function or a unified motor with brake function;
5、机头内部功能电路发生故障,处理方法:致电我司专业人员,由我司专业维修人员检修,或者由专业电工将功能电路更换;
5. If there is a malfunction in the internal functional circuit of the machine head, the solution is to call our professional personnel for maintenance, or have the functional circuit replaced by a professional electrician;
6、以上问题都不能解决请更换新的控制器!
